Are the courses accredited?
Yes, courses are accredited with Associate Beauty Therapist, The Guild of Beauty Therapist, CPD recognised and insurable through Insync insurance company.
Do I need a kit for my training?
No, I supply all products on the day of training, but you are advised to purchase a kit to enable you to complete case studies. All training manuals have company stockist information in them.
Can I order a kit if I want to collect this on my training day?
Yes, please ask for kit prices, payment will be taken before the training course commences.
How do I pay for my course?
Payments are taken on the Paypal online payment system or our online booking system.
Are deposits required to book the course?
Yes, a non refundable deposit is required for all courses.
What happens if I change my mind or can not make the course date?
Any money paid is non refundable but can be transferred to another course/date. However, you must give seven days written notice or you will lose the money paid.
Can I pay for my training course in instalments?
For certain courses, payments can be received in instalments. A training date must be booked in and instalment payment dates arranged. Please get in touch for further information.
Is finance available?
No, not at present but possibly in the future.
Do I need to wear uniform?
Yes, a salon tunic or black top and trousers with closed toed shoes.
Do I need a model?
Yes, you will also need a model for 1-1 training. (Unless students have agreed to work on each other.)
Do models need to be patch tested?
Yes, if this is required for the course you have chosen.
What time is my model required?
Theory is completed between 10am-12pm. Lunch is 12-12.30pm. Models are required at 1pm, unless it is a half day course or 1-1 training then models will be required at 11.30am.
Can I do more than one course in a day?
Yes. It depends on the content of the courses, your ability to learn and it must be booked as 1-1 training.
How much is 1-1 training?
Please add an extra £100 per course.
Do I have to remove my gel/acrylic extensions for the course?
Yes, for certain courses i.e. Body Massage, but for most courses you can wear nitrile gloves.
